This Privacy Policy explains how Ruhasoft Chrome Extensions handles information when you use our website and browser extensions. This policy currently includes SeasonalJobs Apply.
Information used by SeasonalJobs Apply
When you connect a Google account, the extension may use your Google profile name, email address and profile image to identify your account and display connection status. SeasonalJobs Apply requests Gmail sending permission so that application emails can be sent through the Gmail account you choose.
The service may process application-related information such as recipient email address, job title, company name, SeasonalJobs case number, email subject, sending status and sending time. Your saved templates and attachments are stored in Chrome extension storage on your device unless a future feature clearly states otherwise.
Account, subscription and usage information
Our backend stores your account identifier, email address, plan, daily usage count, application records and extension session information. Session and tracking tokens are stored in hashed form. Google access tokens are verified during sign-in and are not stored by our backend.
Gold subscriptions are processed by Gumroad. We may receive and store the purchaser email address, Gumroad sale and subscription identifiers, product identifier, subscription status, purchase time, cancellation status and subscription end information. The purchaser email is matched with the connected Google account email to activate the correct plan. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
Email open analytics
Application emails may contain a small tracking image with a unique token. If the image is requested, we may record the first open time, latest open time and total open count. We do not intentionally store the recipient's IP address, precise location, browser fingerprint or user-agent information for open analytics.
Email open data is approximate. Gmail image proxies, Apple Mail Privacy Protection, security scanners, blocked images and caching can produce incomplete or inaccurate results.
How information is used
- To provide account connection, sending limits and application history.
- To provide email open analytics where available.
- To protect the service against abuse, fraud and excessive requests.
- To provide support and maintain service reliability.
Service providers
The service relies on Google APIs for account authentication and Gmail sending, Gumroad for subscription checkout and payment status, and Cloudflare for network security and delivery. These services may process account, payment or technical information according to their own privacy policies.
Google API data
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide and improve user-facing extension functionality.
Data retention and deletion
Application and usage records may be retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for security, support and legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected].
Security
We use HTTPS, restricted database access, hashed session tokens, rate limiting and server-side subscription checks. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the service.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for people legally able to apply for employment.
Changes
We may update this policy as features or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
