These Terms govern your use of Ruhasoft Chrome Extensions, including SeasonalJobs Apply. By using an extension, you agree to these Terms.
Intended use
SeasonalJobs Apply is designed only to help users prepare and send legitimate, individual job applications to employers that accept applications by email. It is not designed for marketing, unsolicited bulk email, harassment or spam.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for every recipient, subject, message, attachment and application sent through your Gmail account. You must review application details before sending and comply with applicable laws, website terms, Google policies and employer instructions.
Prohibited conduct
- Sending unrelated, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Repeatedly contacting an employer in an abusive manner.
- Uploading malicious, unlawful or misleading files.
- Attempting to bypass plan limits, security controls or subscription checks.
- Using the service to impersonate another person or submit fraudulent applications.
Google and sending limits
Plan limits are product limits, not guaranteed Gmail capacity. Google may apply lower sending limits based on account age, reputation, content, recipient behavior and suspected spam. Excessive activity may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.
Email analytics
Email open analytics are estimates and do not prove that a recipient personally read an email. Image proxies, privacy protections, automated scanners and blocked images may affect results.
Availability
We may change, suspend or discontinue features when needed for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific employment outcome.
Free and paid plans
Free and Gold plan features and limits are displayed in the extension. Gold is a recurring paid subscription unless the checkout page clearly states otherwise. Pricing, billing frequency and renewal details are shown before purchase.
Renewal and cancellation
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel future renewal through the available subscription-management method. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and does not automatically create a refund.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
Enforcement
We may limit or terminate access when we reasonably believe the service is being abused, security controls are being bypassed or these Terms are being violated.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ruhasoft does not guarantee email delivery, employer responses, job offers, analytics accuracy or continued third-party API availability.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
